Chickenhawk (bird) - "Chickenhawk" is the name for one of three species of hawk sometimes considered to be a dangerous pest -- the Cooper's Hawk, the Sharp-shinned Hawk or the Red-tailed Hawk. The first two are very close in appearance and are often mistaken for each other.
